Extending to 850 sq. m. and fully air conditioned, the work required a high level of co-ordination of existing and proposed M&E services and ductwork and was completed in 2 Phases. The design introduces daylight into the interior where possible, by new windows and high level internal glazing. Colour is used to create internal ambience and define waiting and circulation areas.
