Andrew Nesbitt architects are retained by Drawbridge Securities Ltd. on several projects throughout U.K. to provide Architectural Design and MasterPlanning for major strategic intermodal rail/road freight parks incorporating up to 7m sq. ft. of storage warehousing on up to 450 hectares of land in major regional sites at the conjunction of principal rail routes and motorway networks.

These developments incorporate major planning, environmental, ecological, geotechnical, traffic and landscape issues whcih are addressed by a full multi discipline consultancy team.
