Purpose built offices for North Belfast Housing Association in the heart of a local Regeneration Area designed to suit the tough urban environment and provide practical workspace.

 

 

 

 

Music Hall Building

Planning Permission secured for multi storey office building within City Centre Conservation Area and adjacent to Ross's Auctions Grade B Listed Building.

A contemorary design to reflect traditional Belfast urban forms and materials including brickwork with copper claddings.  The design and planning process included photomontage surveys of strategic viewpoints to demonstrate the integration of the new building within the City Scape.
