Fortwilliam Place

MasterPlan for a new business, leisure & residential park on a 6 hectare site strategically located at the North approach to the City of Belfast.

Existing leisure uses are augmented by a new hotel and conference centre. Neighbourhood retail and business centre serviced offices overlook a new Urban Square with Linear Garden. This new public space is complemented by The Boulevard, a tree lined approach to a major new Headquarters 12 storey office building suitable for a National Call Centre operation.

The mix of uses include: Showrooms for Technology Retailers and software development companies to facilitate inward investment. Independent office buildings available for sale to accommodate expanding companies wishing to invest in property.

The Courtyard provides a mix of townhouse and apartments in a secure, managed environment with full access to all other business and leisure facilities. The integrated mix of uses and the offer of sale, leased and licensed spaces provides a balanced revenue mix for this £75M development.
